The 1791 1DS - IB4XoW4 is an input/Output safety module and used for building a safety control network. It has single channel 4 inputs and current source 4 outputs. It is CE, UL, C-Tick, ODVA, UL NRGF and CSA certified. This device has four (4) to sixteen (16) single-channel inputs as well as four (4) to sixteen (16) pulse test outputs. The recommended temperature range for operation of this product is 14 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit.

In 1791DS-IB4XOW4, both standard and safety control are supported. This product includes built-in power supply and 24V DC Input/Output circuits. Provides point-level diagnostics for troubleshooting all input and output circuits. When using proper safety procedures, this includes RIUP. This device has easy installation and maintenance thanks to DIN-rail mounting and detachable terminals. Additional conventional solid-state outputs are available for any unused safety inputs, as well as common power and I/O wiring. Allen-Bradley Guard master safety devices are compatible. This device is compatible with safety controllers that use CIPTM Safety to communicate with DeviceNetTM. The module features four safety digital inputs with a 6mA input current and 5V DC OFF-state and 11V DC ON-state input voltages. It also includes four single-channel safety relay outputs with a maximum resistive load of 2A at 30V DC and a maximum inductive load of 1A at 30V DC, as well as an electrical strength of one lac operations at 1800 op/h. The recommended storage and operating temperature ranges are about -40 to 158℉ and 14 to 131℉ respectively with relative humidity of 10 to 85%. It can also tolerate vibration and operating shock of 5g at (57-150 Hz) and 10g, respectively. The module has the dimension of 3.74 x 6.69 x 3.27 inches and weighs approx. 1.323 lb.
